SHIPPING

We are sorry, but at this time we can only ship orders within the United States.

Your Elegant Pet ships using the United States Postal Service or UPS (our choice) on standard shipping.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.  Please double check the delivery address that you have supplied BEFORE you check out.

STANDARD SHIPPING 

Most orders will ship out within two to three days after ordering. Please allow up to three business days for your order to process.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.  If your order is placed after 11am Pacific Standard Time on Friday, it will ship the following Monday.

Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select to upgrade your service.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

You can upgrade your shipping to UPS Next Day Air an additional charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered.  We will gladly accept back products in original condition, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, within 15 days from the original order date.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  All returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unused.

Due to strict health regulations, no returns can be accepted on carriers or beds.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

You must notify us first by email for a return authorization number before shipping a return.  Return address will be emailed to you with the return authorization number.

Any clearance sale, personalized, custom or perishable orders will not be accepted for return. 

Refund will not be given for original cost of shipping.

Buyer must pay for return shipping cost and it will not be refunded. 

We cannot accept COD's or third party billing for returned merchandise.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the original price paid once we have received and processed your return. 

All returns and exchanges must have a copy of the original invoice and state the reason for return or exchange.

Please notify us first by email for a return authorization number before shipping a return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy and guidelines.
